Busy busy bee!

I have been so busy making and am really pleased with the results! Settle back and enjoy!

Carnelian briolettes and beads strung with antique brass plated wire.

Amethyst beads strung onto long ear wires hand wrapped with swarovski iris crystals

A beautiful handmade glass focal bead by Ray Skene strung with purple crystals, white glass beads and a sweet white glass flower.

A pink and black crystal cuff - gorgeous pink agate facetted focal by Anastasia's Beads.

And last but not least, my favourites...Labradorite buttons with swarovski crystals and a bracelet with silver brushed coin beads.

I haven't made anything for a while and then all of a sudden...a burst of creativity!

Give me the mo...!

I haven't made any new jewellery for aaages so I'd like to share some of my recent acquisitions. Firstly, I was lucky enough to receive a PIF from Elisabeth at Beads for Busy Gals blog.
An exciting little parcel arrived...

....which upon opening revealed a fabulous selection which I was really pleased to receive, thank you so much!

I also visited Buffys Beads on our recent visit to London. I absolutely love Buffy's, I bought some amazing beads...

Botswana Agate facetted nuggets

Carnelian drops

Labradorite coins

And last but not least...some fab Rose quartz skull beads

All I need now is the time to sit down and make....watch this space!

"So you're back, from outer space..."

Those immortal words known to every dancing queen! I haven't been to outer space really, more like Cornwall, a fantastic holiday in my very favourite part of the world....St Ives!

We were really lucky with the weather, both looking more like we have been on a mediterranean jaunt rather than the fabulous Cornish coast.

Here's the view from our kitchen window!

And this is the view from my bedroom!

I'm not quite sure how I managed to leave and come home! We're off to London for the weekend so I'm hoping to visit Buffy's Beads again although it's my little one's birthday so I think I'll be spending quite some in Hamleys! We are also booked to see Phantom of the Opera, she is so excited!

Back to normal and more beady things after the weekend!
